These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 11me (the “Service”), operated by Extrava LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Connecticut, United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
11me is a career technology platform and intermediary tool. It uses artificial intelligence to evaluate job postings against your professional profile, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, provide interview preparation materials, surface relevant job openings from company career pages, and optionally submit job applications on your behalf. The Service helps you organize and optimize your job search materials.
11me acts as a tool between you and potential employers. We have no affiliation with any employer, no access to employer hiring systems, and no influence over any employer’s hiring decisions. We are a software platform, not a recruiter, staffing agency, placement firm, or employment service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using 11me, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@11me.app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Submit false, fabricated, or materially misleading information to the Service or to employers through it.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access the Service beyond the provided interface.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs for commercial purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, impersonate, or harm others.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
5. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility
The Service generates content using artificial intelligence, including job evaluations, resumes, cover letters, salary estimates, job match scores, and interview preparation materials. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and suggestion only. You must review, edit, and verify all content before using it.
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated information, or content that does not accurately reflect your qualifications or the requirements of any role.
- You are solely and entirely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of any materials you submit to employers, recruiters, or third parties, regardless of whether those materials were generated or assisted by 11me.
- Submitting inaccurate or misleading materials to employers may have legal consequences. The Company bears no liability for such consequences.
- The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in interviews, job offers, or employment.
6. No Employment Guarantee — Intermediary Role
11me is a tool, not a recruiter, staffing agency, career counselor, or employment service.
Extrava LLC is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for:
- Any job rejection or failure to receive an interview, offer, or response from any employer.
- Your inability to find employment, whether during or after using the Service.
- The quality, accuracy, or hiring practices of any employer whose jobs appear through the Service.
- The accuracy of job match scores, salary benchmarks, or market analysis.
- The effectiveness of generated resumes, cover letters, or interview strategies for any specific employer.
- Any outcome of any job application submitted manually or automatically through the Service.
Employment decisions are made solely and exclusively by employers, and are influenced by factors entirely outside our knowledge and control. Your use of the Service does not create any employment relationship, agency relationship, or advisory relationship between you and Extrava LLC, or between you and any employer.
7. Auto-Apply Feature
If you enable Auto-Apply, you authorize the Service to submit job applications on your behalf using your profile data, resume, and cover letter. By enabling this feature, you:
- Confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful.
- Accept full responsibility for all applications submitted, including any consequences of submitting applications to employers.
- Acknowledge that the Company is acting solely as an automated intermediary on your instruction, and is not responsible for the content of applications submitted or any employer response.
- Understand that browser automation may not succeed on all employer websites, in which case the Service will send you application materials via email as a fallback.
You may disable Auto-Apply at any time from your settings page. Pending applications can be cancelled before they fire within the configured cancellation window.
8. Subscription and Payments
- Free plan — limited evaluations and features at no cost, no credit card required.
- Paid plans (Pro, Power)— billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
- Cancellation— you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period. Your account reverts to the Free plan after cancellation.
- No refunds for partial periods— we do not issue refunds for partial billing months. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
- Failed payments— if payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its design, code, AI prompts, branding, trademarks, and documentation — is owned by Extrava LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all personal data and original content you provide to the Service. AI-generated outputs (resumes, evaluations, cover letters, etc.) are provided to you for personal use in connection with your own job search and may not be resold or redistributed.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
- Defects or errors will be corrected.
- The Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extrava LLC, its officers, directors, employees, members, managers, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Job rejections, failure to be hired, failure to receive interviews, or inability to find employment.
- Loss of wages, income, profits, business opportunities, or economic losses of any kind.
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, evaluations, salary data, or recommendations.
- Loss of data, unauthorized access to data, or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.
- Service interruptions, downtime, errors, or unavailability.
- Emotional distress, reputational harm, or psychological damage.
In no event shall Extrava LLC’s total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extrava LLC and its officers, directors, employees, members, managers, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
- Your submission of AI-generated or AI-assisted materials to employers or third parties.
- Any misrepresentation in materials you submit to employers.
- Any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Service or its outputs.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms or conduct that harms other users, the Company, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@11me.app or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 15.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date on this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
16. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Extrava LLC regarding the Service.
- Severability— if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver— failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
- Assignment— you may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
