11me is a product of Extrava LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Connecticut, United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read this Legal Disclaimer carefully before using the Service.

1. Nature of the Service — We Are an Intermediary Tool

11me is a career technology platform and intermediary tool. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze job descriptions, evaluate your professional profile against job requirements, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, surface relevant job openings, and provide interview preparation suggestions.

11me sits between you and employers. We are not a party to any hiring process, employment relationship, or application outcome.We have no access to employer systems, no influence over hiring decisions, and no relationship with any employer or company whose job postings you evaluate through the Service. We are a software tool — nothing more.

11me is not an employment agency, staffing firm, recruiting service, career counselor, placement firm, legal advisor, or financial advisor. The Service does not place candidates in jobs, make hiring decisions, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee any employment outcome whatsoever.

2. We Are Not Responsible for Job Rejections or Employment Outcomes

Extrava LLC expressly disclaims all responsibility for any hiring decision made by any employer, including but not limited to:

  • Rejection of your application, whether or not materials were generated or optimized by the Service.
  • Failure to receive an interview invitation, callback, or any response from an employer.
  • Failure to receive a job offer after interviews.
  • Loss of an existing job or any negative impact on your current employment.
  • Inability to find employment despite using the Service.
  • Offers below your salary expectations or target compensation.
  • Any outcome of the job search process, however prolonged or unsuccessful.

Hiring decisions are made exclusively by employers and are influenced by factors entirely outside our knowledge and control, including internal candidate pools, budget constraints, company restructuring, role cancellations, market conditions, economic factors, employer biases, subjective assessments, timing, and legal requirements.The Company has zero influence over any employer’s hiring decisions.

You use 11me understanding and accepting that job searching is inherently uncertain, that AI-assisted materials cannot guarantee any outcome, and that the Company bears no liability for the results of your job search.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — that use of the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, employment, career advancement, salary increases, or any other specific outcome. Past performance of the Service for other users is not indicative of results for any individual user.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content (evaluations, resumes, cover letters, interview prep, salary estimates, job match scores) is informational and suggestive only and must not be relied upon as professional advice.
  • AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or content that does not accurately represent your qualifications, experience, or skills.
  • Salary data, market analysis, and compensation benchmarks are estimates based on publicly available information and may not reflect actual compensation at any specific company or role.
  • Job match scores are algorithmic approximations and do not represent an employer’s assessment of your candidacy.
  • You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer, recruiter, or third party.
  • Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or unverified AI-generated content to employers is your sole responsibility, and the Company bears no liability for any consequences arising from such submissions.

5. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Extrava LLC, including its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Job rejections, failure to be hired, failure to receive interviews, or any adverse employment outcome.
  • Loss of employment, termination, demotion, or any negative impact on current or future employment.
  • Inability to find a job, career stagnation, or any prolonged period of unemployment.
  • Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated evaluations, resumes, cover letters, salary data, job match scores, interview preparation materials, or any other Service output.
  • Damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI-generated content.
  • Lost wages, lost income, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or economic losses of any kind.
  • Emotional distress, reputational harm, or psychological damages related to job search outcomes.
  • Loss of data, unauthorized access to data, or data breaches.
  • Service interruptions, downtime, errors, or unavailability.
  • Actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service.
  • Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or its outputs.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, or any other legal or equitable theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Assumption of Risk

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Job searching involves inherent uncertainty, and outcomes depend on many factors entirely beyond the Company’s control.
  • You use the Service and its outputs entirely at your own risk.
  • You are solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with your job search, including which jobs to apply for, what materials to submit, and how to present yourself to employers.
  • The Company has no duty to ensure the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
  • The Company is an intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or decisions of any employer or third party.

7. Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any and all claims, actions, demands, and causes of action against Extrava LLC, its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any employment outcome or lack thereof, including job rejections and prolonged unemployment.
  • Any AI-generated content or its consequences.
  • Any reliance on information provided through the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extrava LLC and its members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your submission of AI-generated or AI-assisted materials to employers or third parties.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Any misrepresentation in materials you submit to employers, whether or not generated by the Service.
  • Any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service or its outputs.

9. No Professional Advice

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, career counseling, or any other form of professional advice. The Service is a technology tool, not a professional advisor. For professional advice regarding your career, employment rights, compensation negotiation, or legal matters, consult a qualified professional.

10. Third-Party Services and Employers

The Service integrates with and relies on third-party providers including Anthropic (AI models), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and others. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Third-party job data, salary information, and company details are provided without warranty.

Employers and companies whose job postings appear on or are imported into the Service are entirely independent third parties. The Company has no affiliation with, control over, or responsibility for any employer, and no employer has any relationship with the Company.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

12. Entire Agreement

This Legal Disclaimer, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Extrava LLC regarding the use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
